No, it is not a beta. It is a way to reserve the upgrade - on July 29th, the
setup files for Windows 10 will be downloaded automatically.
I hope we won't run into a situation like three years ago when some users
installed Windows 8 on a computer with JAWS 13. I think we should wait until
Freedom scientific says something about JAWS and Windows 10 (hopefully JFW
17 will start beta testing by the time Windows 10 comes out).

If "Get Windows10" is in your System Tray, it is probably talking about
Windows10 Beta. I would not recommend installing a Beta on your machine
unless you are a developer, or unless your machine is not important enough
that having problems with it would not cause you significant inconvenience.
