I'm running Windows 7 and JAWS 16.0.1925. I was trying to Reply to an Outlook message and JAWS wouldn't let me type the reply. When I typed Shft h to write Hi, JAWS would say Heading not found. A reboot of my laptop fixed the problem but it was quite strange and annoying.
