I just installed Jaws 16 a couple of days ago, and I am seeing the same

Listers: It seems to me that since switching from J14 to J16 I am having a
lot more focus issues with IE11 on my windows 7 machine. Are others
experiencing this?

Sometimes J16 loses focus and I can do nothing to restore it except to close
the website and reload.
