give these steps a try.

1, open Microsoft word,

2, alt+f=files,

3, up arrow to options press enter.

4, now down arrow until you hear;

trust center,

or I think you could press the letter "t".

note, do not press enter at this point,

5, just tab enter on, trust enter settings,

hear using arrow key choose protected view,

now tab and uncheck the box,

Enable Protected View for Outlook attachments

I sometimes get attachments and when I open them they come up as
protective view. How can I change the view so I can have access to the
document. I am running Windows 7, jaws 15, and Microsoft 2010.
Any help will be appreciated.
