you will find the jaws kill at:

"C:\Program Files\Freedom Scientific\Runtime JAWS\15.0\JFWKill.exe"

if you really need to you could create shortcut to desktop,

the windows-key+insert-key+f4=kil/unload jaws from memory.

shipped with older versions of JAWS. It appears to still work, and I
keep an icon on my desktop for that, and it's the only one starting
with the letter "k".

Haven't used the JAWS+Windows+F4 key combination in a long time.

Is that the combo also known as KillJAWS? I added that to my office
desktop some years ago on advice from this list, but can't remember now
how I did it. It's saved my neck more times than I can count, but I've
never known it to come back on its own.

It's my understanding that that's the beauty of Jawskey plus windows
key plus f4. it unscrambles JAWS' brain and brings it back. I love
this key stroke!
