Hi Phil -- Is this new behavior? Did she just start having this problem
recently? Any clues about what might have changed to cause this new
behavior?

If she keeps regular system restore points, perhaps she could try backing
out to one of those.

Can she try installing the trial version of current JAWS to see if that
resolves the issue?
