Yes, A T and T has an "In Home" Technical Support Department, but I suggest one never, never call them!

However, I have never had a problem with their ISP Department I feel obligated to add that!

Wow, do ATnT guys do general computer/software troubleshooting?
I know for a fact that my local cable/internet provider's tech people just install the modem or whatever. They don't mess with your machine, even if you ask them too.
