Re: tagging friends in facebook posts

Hey.

There is another way to do this using the keyboard. Unfortunately I do not know what it is, since i haven't bothered with it myself, but it might even work on the m.facebook site, and definitely does on the standard one. I believe it involves typing the @ sign followed by the username, but someone who uses it should confirm this.

You have to use the www.facebook.com site instead of the m.facebook.com
site. Also, you need to make use of the jaws curser. If you can, root the
jaws jaws curser to the pc curser. You have to move around a bit, but
eventually it works.

Hi some of you might know that it's possible to add a friend as a link in a
facebook post. The way it works is to place the @ sign in front of a persons
name e.g. @peeter Smith, almost the same as on twitter but then it opens a
drop down menu to show you the person you mentioned and you must click on
the name in the list. Have any of you tryed this with jaws, and how do you
click the name in the list? I mostly use m.facebook.com even on my pc
because it's most accessible with jaws but have tryed both sites and can't
click the name in the drop down menu.
