Thanks James but no go. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my windows settings. If so, I am lost.

Thanks again for trying

Subject: IE 11 problem

A few months ago one of Best Buys Geek Squad helped me solve a problem I had
between windows explorer and JAWS. Did a good job... with one problem. I can’t
access my history list any longer when I hit ctrl-h. JAWS says ‘history’ and
that is what shows up on the screen when I use the JAWS cursor. That’s all I
get. It worked fine before he got his hand on my computer. Any suggestions
as to how this can be remedied?
