Look in the insert ribbon by pressing alt n, tab to the links option and
press spacebar. Press the tab key until you land on bookmark which should
be one tab and press spacebar, name the bookmark and finish off by tabbing
to add and pressing spacebar.
You will then land back in your document, turn on quick keys, and press B
and shift b to navigate between the bookmarks.
