Once you hit enter on Save As, shift tab twice to find the folder. The
default is Documents, I believe. Harry

I have the same question, with the additional part that I am running Windows
7 Pro and Office 2010. In XP, I do not recall having this problem, there
always being a box telling me what folder the system was pointing to.

Subject: Keystroke for Accessing Path Name in Save As Dialog?

Hi, Everyone.

When I go in to the Save As dialog under the File menu, how do I know where
a file will save to? At present, I use the Insert+B command and listen for
JFW to read the folder name Windows is pointing to. Is there a quicker way
to get this information?

Thanks,

Dani
