Hi gang, I have been struggling with this problem for a while now.There is

one solution that I think might work, but I have not tried it yet. Using the new smart phones, we have face time or video sharing. I think that we should be able to show someone else the screen this way and they could help to guide us through it. Hopefully the screen could be read from someone this way remotely.
