hello try;

alt+v=view,
enter on,
arrange by sub menu,

up arrow enter on custom..
now use tab key, enter on,
sort....
now again use tab key you will see your setting.

Go to view, then sort by, and hit enter on Date again. It's sort of a
toggle switch, where hitting it a second time reverses the order.

Hi folks! I wonder if someone can help me change the way my messages
are displayed in Outlook 2007. At this point, the newest messages
show up at the top of the list, meaning I have to use up arrow to
find
the newest messages. I'd like to reverse that, so they would be at
the bottom. Is there a way to do this. I feel sort of dumb asking
this, because I should know how to do this on my own, but I don't.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
