Re: steps for syncing music from a flash drive or mp3 player to windows media player

I'm trying to understand what is really needed here. Do you mean "syncing" music, or copying over files? Syncing implies that any time your student loads a music file onto one of her devices, it appears on all her devices.

To copy files, simply place the flash card in her PC or laptop and perform a standard Microsoft copy-and-paste operation.

If syncing really is what she wants, a program such as iTunes is probably what's needed. But I'm no expert in this area.

As for your student's lack of a number pad for her laptop, there are two possible solutions. One is to switch her keyboard layout from desktop to laptop. As I recall, this is done in JAWS file menu/options/basic. The alternative is to buy a separate numpad and attach it. Mine cost something like $15 at Radio Shack.

I have a student who wants to do this. I only have limited ability in JAWS
so I need someone to write down each steep. The student has JAWS 13 and
media player 11 with windows 2007. She is using a laptop so does not have a
num pad.

Thank you so much.
