Re: Looking for a new anti virus program

I have had Nod 32 for nearly 3 years and I have had no problems thus far.
It operates quietly in the back round and does not slow down my computer.

However, I understand that when you try to purchase NOD32 online, you are
presented with an image captcha that cannot be solved by Webvisum, although
most users agree that the program itself is pretty accessible.

This topic has been the subject of much discussion on other lists, and
apparently there really are no good alternatives to MSE that are totally
JAWS accessible. The only one that seems to be reasonably JAWS accessible
is Vipre Anti Virus, which is a paid program that costs about $40 a year.
The three well-known third-party free anti-virus programs-AVG, Avast and
Avira-all have accessibility issues in their most current versions,
according to members on other lists who have tried them.

I'm looking for an antivirus program. I'm currently using Microsoft
Security Essentials.
