It may be also that they need to update it. It's been quite awhile since the last update. I'm only using jaws 9 but am noticing certain ththings don't work the way they used to.

I recall in the past, pressing control-alt-6 caused Webvisum to bring up an acknowledgment message. I'm not getting even that. So if there is another step needed to get Webvisum working, I'd like to know.

installing and enabling doesn't necessarily mean you're going to be able/try

I've just had my first encounter with CAPTCHA in a long time. Switching to
Firefox, recently updated to version 24, I discovered Webvisum was no longer
listed as an add-on/extension. I've succeeded in getting it returned there,
and it shows as "enabled." However, it has given no signs of life on the two
websites for which I needed it this afternoon.

During the course of installing, which involved restarting FF, I noticed a
sign-in page. It's been so long since I used Webvisum that my original
registration was probably under my old email address. I don't know if that's
a problem. As I said, Webvisum does now show up in my FF add-ons list as
enabled.

Any thoughts?
