xp and I some time use fire fox but the problem happonds when i'm doing a search using internet explorer

I'm sorry to keep plaguing you with questions, but in that case, which operating system are you using (XP, Windows 7, etc.) and which browser (IE7, IE10, firefox, etc.)

I think these are the last questions that need answers if anyone here is to be able to offer advice.

Is this happening on all websites or just one or two? If just one, would
you post the link? You can copy the link to an email by pressing alt-d on
the webpage to highlight the address, then control-c to copy it. Go to the
message and press control-v to paste it in.

Which version of JAWS are you using?

I hoping that some ne can help me, i'm having a problem with the jaws
cursorwhen on line searching. Once I click on a link it doesn't read the
whole audical, it continues to say blank if nothing on the page
