you can left click as soon as you hear those balloons. unless you extended

the display before the balloons pop. there used to be a script that would get these balloons, but they worked only for JAWS 9 and earlier. ----- Original Message -----

I think they are pop up balloons sighted users click on before they disappear. I think you can force updates in the tools menu under internet options, or just search for specific updates.
