I am running windows XP, Jaws 10, and MS Office 2007. I am needing help with Amazon cloud player and music download. My computer crashed recently and I have been trying to get it back up and running with everything that was lost. One of the programs I lost was Amazon music downloader. If anybody has this program on their system I would like to get it again. I have reinstalled cloud player onto my system. When I try to run the program it only brings up buttons that do not have any explaination to them. It does not seem to launch player for some reason. I would appriciate any help with these two issues. I hope that I can get some response on this subject this time around.
