Actually, I am having the same problem. However, someone has watched the screen when the computer boots up and they said that Jaws is loaded. I, basically, have to quit Jaws and reload it again, for some reason. I am using Windows XP and Jaws 11. I wish that I could straighten the problem out.

It does not present a log on screen either.
I still, have to do alt control J 2 or 3 times for it to start.
I think it takes several minutes.
