How do you find out your computer name? I know the manufacturer is dell and
it is outfitted with windows 7. Judith

the path has to be complete. documents, for example, is (maybe)
c:\libraries\documents\folder\file. downloads c:\users\computer
name\downloads.

Try specifying the path when you save. Use Search to find what
you've already saved.

If I can add value to this; I'm still having trouble with this
myself where the folders are "hidden" when I save a file or a
download I have a really difficult time putting the file/download
where I want it to go (usually my flash drive).
