Hi Rick,
Check.that both programs you are using have the window maximized. You can do this by using the shortcut key ALT + SPACE then type the leter X when you have the window open.
If your windows are maximized and you still have that problem, check the field properties in both programs and have the values changed to a greater number. Contact me off list if you are not sure how to proceed.
