Nicole,

Try turning off the virtual cursor by pressing JAWS key+z. This often works. It's a toggle, so you can return to the virtual cursor, the usual mode for navigating the Internet, by pressing the same key combo again.

I sometimes run into websites where Jaws goes into something called
"Application Mode" and it get s very difficult to navigate in the page. What
is this mode, and how can I turn it off when it interferes with my ability
