Okay, I got it figured out. The steps are below if someone needs to know.

Openbook Scanning With Option In Word 2010, How To Access
1. Open Word & press the alt key.
2. Right arrow to the, Addins tab, & press the spacebar.
3. Press the spacebar on, menu commands sub-menu, & the scan with Openbook
button is right there.
