Dear Listers:



Sometimes when I try to read certain messages that come to me, sometimes
instead of reading the messages all JAWS will say is, "Block quote. Block
quote. Block quote," continuously. I have been told that the cause of this
could be one of two things--either an HTML setting or a setting with the
sender's e-mail program. A lot of times when I have gotten these messages,
it has been when people have been sending messages from their i-phone. Have
any of you ever experienced this problem, and how did you go about resolving
it, and can you give me some advice as to how I can rectify it?
