Re: unknown function call to getlanguagecodeatcursor

Not in add or remove. The only option is "uninstall." When you enter on that, the only choice you get is between removing or not removing shared components. Or am I missing something? What you describe, silly as it sounds, would still make the job simpler.

If you choose install on the version you have, JAWS will tell you
that it is already installed and asked if you want to repair. Silly
way to do things, but there you have it.

Note that the DVD might have an earlier version than what you have
installed. If you've downloaded and installed from the executable
file, that would be the one to work with. If you've updated via the
JAWS update feature, you might want to go to the FS website and
locate that version and download it.
I just tried finding the repair option in "Add or remove," but JAWS
has only an uninstall option in the applications menu. Other
applications have more options. I don't know why FS made JAWS repair
so difficult to get to.

You must use the DVD or the executable installer to find the repair option
for JAWS.

Is there a way of resetting all scripts to the factory default?
Thanks, MattAt 07:40 14/07/2013, you wrote:I would suspect that you had custom scripts installed before a jaws

installed simply because it was easier than removing it.
Then you did a jaws update and the script broke.
If I am right doing a jaws repair should take care of it.
Go to "Add or Remove Programs" type "free" to get close and then find
the version of jaws you are running. Select repair from the context
menu.

Any idea what may be causing this?
