Microsoft Security Essentials is the most suggested AV. It's free and quite
accessible for screen readers and updates and scans at least once a day.

Hi Mario,

A friend of mine had to go to Intrex to get her computer fixed as she was
using AVG 2013. The store tech told her that AVG 2013 was not picking up
viruses as well as it should and recommended Bit Defender. Well today it's
still not accessible so I will pass the message along. Thanks for the info.

although I don't use it, some time ago, I heard Bit Defender antivirus was
almost totally inaccessible, but may have changed to be more accessible
these days. hth
