When you say "backing up a computer", do you mean and entire hard drive, C:, for example or, do you mean your user files not including any operating system files, operating system files, program files, etc.?

You might give Carbonite another look. It's been awhile but I was able to
install it, and when I got a new computer, transfer my files. Good luck!

I have tried using Sugarsync and Carbonite for backup. Neither of these
services seem to be accessible with JAWS. Can you recommend an online
service or software to backup files?
