I've started noticing lately that when I try using either word 2013 or
outlook 2013, Jaws keeps announcing "menu bar" and won't focus on the main
document or message window. I then have to restart the program to try and
get something done.

Is there a setting in either outlook or word that I need to change or is it
a setting in jaws.

This is on a Windows 8 machine.
