You should be able to access the speaker volume from the system tray by pressing JAWS Key plus f11. from there you can arrow down to speaker volume and press enter. You want to use the right arrow to increase the speaker volume. Don't make the mistake of adjusting your speaker balance. This will cause the volume in both speakers to be unequal unless speaker balance is 50 percent. If you see speaker balance first, tab until you hear speaker volume, and use the right arrow until the sound is at your preference of loudness. If the Speaker Volume is not in your system tray, go to the control panel and click on sound and audio devices. The volume is here. If you click on properties, you can adjust not only speaker volume, but also other volume controls. Thank you.
