hi all

can some one please tell me what key I need to press if a box pops up on my screen?
what is happening when I am say in windows live messaged and typing away quite happyly a box might pop up asking something but I cant get jaws to read what's in the box, and it will stop jaws from reading the screen properly.
this happens in a few different programs.
I have windows 7 and jaws 12.
