Re: new featurein jfw 14

Adrian,

I've found the largest benefit is by making the elimination global across
all web sites. e.g. the Twitter, Facebook, and other twaddle that seems to
proliferate.

Some Google frames may also be globally cleared out, but may need to be
identified carefully to not be site-specific.

Yes, seems like a lot of fiddling around to go through the steps, but it
really does make things cleaner.

Now if we could just get a way to stop getting hung up in the address
bar/toolbar/search area of web pages, I'd be a much happier surfer.

I'm curious. When I looked at the JAWS explanation of flexible Web, it
seemed like a lot of work for small results. Can you elaborate on how it
helps? I'd hate to miss out on a feature that could make JAWS life simpler.

It is real, and in my humble opinion, one of the more useful features that
freedumb has introduced in recent years.
It is called
Flexible web.
If you open the jaws help topics and navigate to
Using the internet with jaws book and open it, then navigate to customizing
your web settings, then to flexible web, you can read how to use it.

I recently upgraded to latest jaws. I cannot seem to find information on the
feature that is supposed to reduce all the repeated links on a web site. I
do not even know if this feature is for real.
