Lauren,

I think this is based on your web browser and not JAWS. Have you
updated IE
to version 9 by any chance? Sounds like you're using Windows 8, so I
suspect
this is the root of your problems.

Hi,

I went to the Canon site to download a driver for my printer. I am
using
Jaws 14, windows 8 & internet explorer.

I press enter on the button that says to agree and a new windows used
to
appear with Jaws 11 & windows xp that would tell me I was about to
download
- if I wanted to allow it, run or save it.

This window doesn't get read by Jaws. What do I need to do to have Jaws
read
me this window?

This happens on other web sites where I try to download as well; for
instance, I-tunes.

Thanks.

Sincerely,

Lauren
