Hi. arewhat windows version are you running? I'm using Windows 8, and
I found you need to hold down Alt N to open the notification tray.
Unlike previous windows versions, which automatically open the "run"
"open" or "save" box for you upon downloading a file, it doesnt'
doesn't in Win. 8. I hope this helps. Just arrow to the selection you
want in the box sndand enter on it.
