I've been reading messages about this hoping to learn what exactly Tiger Direct is…but no luck so far…so I have to ask…what is Tiger Direct?

You need a second sound card like I have and set jjaws to use that
card all the time and then all other sounds come out of your original
sound card.
Just get a cheep one for 10 bucks.
Then you put the headphones in the headphone jack of the card that
jaws is assigned to and then you can hear jaws and the recording does
not.

Hi,

So, does anyone know how to record an audio tutorial that when

playing

it back, you will not hear the screen reader during the recording?

Basically, what I am wanting to do is record something but jaws will
come out of my headset while recording but when I am done, play it
back, you will hear the voice but not the screen reader.

I have been toying and looking around under the play back and
recording tab in the control panel to see what I can accomplish and
sheesh, am I spinning my wheels here because nothing is working.

I am not an audio nerd, so just trying to learn something different.
