You may not have to keep it hooked up. I ran the 32 bit exe file and it did download and install but I am still getting the same error from FS (no video file).. I did check the dvd for the file and could not find it. Is this video file for JAWS 11,12, if so I still have JAWS 12 on the laptop... Again tnx for help, do you have any more ideas?
