I don't know how much help it is, but we are moving over to a cRM system at work later next year. I believe it is from sales force . I haven't yet tried the system as it is not yet ready/built for us yet but the IT team have told me that sales force build their products with accessibility like screen readers and jaws in mind. I'm not sure if this is just for the system they are building for us specifically or for all there systems. And until I get to test the system I won't know how accessible it is, but it might be worth doing a google search for more info about sales force and jaws.

Like I said I don't know if this in anyway helps but thought if nothing else it may just give you a starting point to systems that might work/help.
