My college uses blackboard, and it is quite accessible with Jaws 12. I
either use the arrow keys or the "v" key for the links I've visited
There are others, but I don't always use those. So I have no idea what
they are. IF you find that blackboard is still not that accessible to
you I would suggest talking to someone in your college's tech
department. I've found that they can be quite helpful with issues like
this.
