My past experience with a home based CSR company was that when I actually went to the website with them on the phone, it was full of graphics and therefore not screen reader friendly.
They of course said they were working on that but so far I had heard nothing; this was about 4 years ago.
So my best advice is to check out the software first if that is at all possible.
