Hello there;

You can,
Press applications key on a sender's message,
And then press enter on add sender to contacts,
Or, ctrl+shift+c takes you to new contact.
Ctrl+3 places you in the contacts.

Windows Live Mail, Windows7, Jaws 13

I can add the address of the sender of a message to the address book or
contact list I can not get to a Contact button that my sighted wife says is
on the lower left of the screen. Is there a keystroke or some other way to
get it open so I can add an address.
