Moderated Re: Question Re Audio Ducking since Jaws 2023 Upgrade
It’s global Karen and I have had few issues with it prior to 2023.

So this key changes things so you can hear Jaws speak, say over top of a youtube video? And is it a global command? Is it a permanent or temporary change?
My apologies if any of this has been answered already, but I had internet issues all weekend, well,, since Friday morning.

Hi Tom/all, Simply use the layer command jawskey-space then d. I have so far not been able to use jaws 2023 and my dealer chided me saying I should have waited a bit longer. So I simply can’t test this on your behalf. I simply hope it will work for you. Cheers, Takis, Greece

Hello, everyone.
I just updated both of my Windows 10 laptops to Jaws 2023, and noticed that audio ducking seems to have been turned off.
I’m saying this because now, Jaws completely dominates my output sounds audio, and my various Windows and system sounds are very hard to hear.
If I need to turn audio ducking back on, can someone give me a refresher on how to do this?
Thanks!
