Is there a keystroke to select the text from the cursor to the end of sentence?  There are commands to select text from the cursor:
to the end of the next word, shift + control + right
to the end of the line, shift + end
and to the end of the paragraph. shift + control + down
There's also a command to select a line's worth of text: shift + down. 
But is there a command to select the text from the cursor to the end of sentence?
