Moderated Re: Which laptops are jaws friendly and budget friendly?
My last two laptops were Dell. The last one died after only about 10 months. I’ve switched to a HP that I love. After doing lots of shopping around I decided to go to HP’s site directly. I discovered that I could pick the parts I wanted. As a result, I ended up with the computer I was looking for.

Also, be sure the keyboard has the number pad so to be able to conduct Jaws commands much easier.

I suggest something at the minimum with an application key, (keyboard) 8gb ram 512gb solid state drive i5 or similar processor.
Many brands to look at. Cosco store usually has good deals if you shop there.

Hi,
I am attending an online university. My laptop appears to be on its last leg. What laptops work with Jaws, and fit on a student budget?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Peace be with you,
