Thanks. This makes sense. I didn’t check the others.

Hello:
Unfortunately, that key does not say Insert when numbers lock is off. Others keys which are not verbalized include Windows, Control, and Alt.
Respectfully,

Hi, I did this help function and on the keypad, it worked when the num lock was on. It says the Jaws key is 0. When I turned the num lock off, it doesn’t say anything when I press that key. All the others work.

Hello Joseph:
If you want to learn where some keys are located on your keyboard, one helpful feature is the JAWS Keyboard Learn mode. Press insert with the number 1 on your keyboard to turn it on or off. Once the mode is on, most keys will say what they are if you just press them. For example, if you are trying to find the plus key on the number pad, press insert with the number 1 and then press the various keys on the pad to hear what they are.
Best wishes,
Curtis Chong

Hi, Joseph. the plus key is the first long key on the number pad at the extreme right-hand edge of the number pad, and is directly below the minus key at the top of the number pad.

Hi, Joseph. You have not given us the information we need to tell you how to turn these cursors on and off. Do you use your keyboard in desktop mode or in laptop mode, and do you have a number pad. That being said,
On a system using desktop key mode, PC Cursor NumPad Plus JAWS Cursor NumPad Minus
On a system using laptop key mode, PC Cursor CAPS LOCK+SEMICOLON JAWS Cursor CAPS LOCK+P
